All returned products require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please with the reason for the return and we will then issue a RMA number and give you the return address. Unauthorized return products (no RMA number ON THE OUTSIDE BOX) will be refused. If your item is defective in any way, you may return it within 14 days for a replacement free of charge. If it is not in stock, we will issue a refund for the sale price. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by the user and will not issue refunds if this is the case. Non-defective items may also be returned within 14 days for a refund of the sale price (less a 15% restocking fee) as long as it is still in new condition along with the original box, manuals, and accessories. Additional notes: ●If you have a problem with your item after the 14 day period, please refer to the manufacturer warranty. ●You must request a RMA# before returning an item. Please email us for the return address and write the RMA# on the outside of the package. ●Returned items with a postmark greater than 14 days after you originally received your order will not be accepted. ●Shipping charges are not refundable. Free insurance is included with every shipment. If something happens to your package, contact us immediately so we can give you return information. Please do not return damaged packages without contacting us first. We must give you the correct return address first. Not following the shipper's specific return instructions will invalidate the insurance. If the 14 day period has passed you experience a problem with your product, please return to the manufacturer.
